I'm ready for my new family!

Meet Sparky the Chug. Sparky is 7 years old, neutered and up to date on his shots. Sparky is only 12 pounds, travels well, gets along great with people, kids and cats, is house and kennel trained. Sparky can be a bit spicy with big, pushy or alfa dogs (and also strange dog visitors in the house), so would do best as an only fur child or with an easy going senior with minimal dogs coming over. Sparky likes to talk. His foster mom calls it chortling and thinks it's pretty cute. Sparky would be a great companion for a senior or diva looking to sport an adorable chug around in a designer purse!
