Hi, my name is Patsy.
We think I’m about five years old. I came into rescue from a very bad situation with multiple other dogs and had very little socialization or kindness in my life before now. Because of that, I’m still learning that people can be safe and gentle.
Everything is new to me, and I’m taking things one day at a time. My foster says I’m already starting to make progress and slowly learning to trust. I'm housebroken, crate trained and know how to use the doggie door like a pro! I get along with all dogs, and have even been around chickens & a mini horse!
What I need most is patience, understanding, and a calm home that will let me move at my own pace. Beneath the fear is a sweet little girl who just never had the chance to feel safe before.
With time, love, and kindness, I know I’m going to keep blossoming.
