Joy is a sweet, loving pug mom whose story is both heartbreaking and incredibly special. She was left outside in the elements, exposed to the heat and cold, and because she was never spayed, she eventually had an accidental litter. When the puppies contracted parvo, Joy lost every one of her babies except Beans.
Beans survived, and from that difficult beginning, a very special bond was formed between mother and daughter. These two have been through so much together, and Joy has never stopped being Beans’ mom. Even now, she still shows Beans the ropes and helps her navigate the world.
Joy is a loving girl who enjoys snuggling with her people and is perfectly happy curling up with Beans when her humans aren't home. She knows her way around a crate and is a very good girl with her potty training. She may need a little time to settle into a new home and environment, but once she feels safe, her sweet personality shines through.
Joy and Beans are a bonded pair and will need to find their forever home together. After everything they've endured side by side, they deserve nothing less than a beautiful life where they are safe, cherished, and never put at risk again.
