I've found my furever family!

Hi! I'm Figgy Pudding. My friends call me Puddy-Wuggy.

I'm sweet as can be and super adorable. I'm still learning a lot about how the world works and how to be a dog.

You see, I was saved by the kindest Seattlite that was on a roadtrip visiting AZ national parks with her dogs. While she was near the Mexico border she saw an ad for young pug advertised as yard dog. I looked so visibly malnourished with every rib sticking in the advertisement that she felt so bad and went to get me! It was a 40 degree evening and I was shaking, cold & scared. The man said he got me in Mexico and planned to keep me as a yard dog but changed my mind. The 3 weeks he had me I had never been allowed in the house or walked on a leash. She could not leave me there so she poor thing there so she rescued me from him knowing she'd bring me to Church of Pug once she returned to Seattle. During the two weeks I was with her, I gained weight, learned to walk on a leash and got socialization with humans & dogs, plus hiked few national parks with her dogs. I charmed her special needs frenchie and have been the best companion! 

Now I'm in Seattle and in the care of Church of Pug. I'll be headed to the vet soon, get my vaccines and be spayed and then I'll be ready for adoption!
