Ember is a tiny pug mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. When she first arrived in rescue, she was in rough shape. She had visible facial scarring and a badly infected eye caused by lack of treatment. With less than 24 hours to live, abandoned, overlooked, and hurting, she was rescued just in time. But with love, care, and a safe place to land, she has absolutely blossomed. Her coat is now shiny and soft, her once-irritated eye is healing beautifully, and every day her bright, happy spirit shines through.
Ember is a playful, affectionate little dog who loves being part of the action. She has lots of energy for games and adventures, but she’s just as happy curling up next to you for snuggles after a fun day. She truly loves being close to her people and makes an excellent cuddle buddy.
She gets along great with other dogs and enjoys playing with her foster brothers, but would probably be just as happy as a solo princess pup. Ember has also had positive interactions with kids and would likely do well in a family ready for a fun, loving companion.
