I'm ready for my new family!

Ember is a tiny pug mix who came to us with less than 24 hours to live. Abandoned, overlooked, and hurting, she was rescued just in time — and from the moment she was safe, she showed us exactly who she is.

Ember is pure love in a small body. She doesn’t ask for much… just a warm lap, gentle snuggles, and the comfort of being close to her people. She is quiet, sweet, and endlessly grateful, the kind of dog who settles into your arms as if she’s always belonged there.

When Ember was found, she had visible facial scarring and a badly infected eye caused by lack of treatment. Her scars tell a story of what she’s survived — but they do not define her. With proper care and time, her wounds will heal, and we are hopeful we can save her eye. One day soon, her outside will reflect what we already see so clearly: a perfect, gentle soul full of love.

Ember didn’t let her past harden her heart. Instead, she chose trust. She chose affection. She chose love.

Now, all Ember needs is someone who will choose her back — not for how she looks today, but for the beautiful heart she’s always had.
