Hi, my name is Doritos.
I was rescued from a puppy mill where I had very little interaction with people, so the world is still a pretty scary place for me. I’m not aggressive at all — just shy and unsure while I learn that humans can be kind.
Every single day I’m making progress. I’m already starting to trust a little more, relax a little more, and be brave a little more. My foster says I’m trying very hard.
What I need most is patience, understanding, and someone willing to give me the time I never had before. Beneath the fear is a sweet little boy who just wants to feel safe.
