I've found my furever family!

Hi!  My name is Charlie.  My foster Mom named me Charlie because I was rescued by 3 Good Samaritans.  She calls them "Charlie's Angels".  I'm a very active boy and love to play all day long.  I'm working hard on my potty training and doing very well.  I love to play outside, but when it's cold my teeny little body likes to have a sweater on.  No sweater - no outside!  Did I mention that I love to play all day long?
