Beyoncé is beautiful and sweet! This girl gets along great with everyone. Unfortunately, she does have a 4 out of 6 right systolic heart murmur, and due to her medical condition is unable to be spayed safely the vet said so she will need to be in a home with no other boy dogs where she can be kept separate in order to avoid pregnancy as it would be fatal for her with her heart condition.
