I'm ready for my new family!

Hi, my name is Chestnut.

I was just rescued from the shelter, so my friends at the rescue are still getting to know me. What they do know already is that I’m a very sweet boy. The shelter reported that I get along well with everyone, and so far I’ve been calm, friendly, and easy to be around.

I’m still settling in and learning what it means to feel safe and loved, but I’m already showing my gentle nature. As the rescue gets to know me better, they’ll be able to share more about my personality and what kind of home would be the best fit.

For now, just know that I’m grateful to be out of the shelter and hopeful that my forever family is out there waiting for me.
