I'm ready for my new family!

Hi, I’m Cooper! I am a super sweet, well-behaved, easy-going boy. I was surrendered to rescue because my previous owner was going blind. She really loved me a lot and trained me really well.
But unfortunately, because of her vision loss, I wasn’t able to get out and get very much exercise. Also, I think she felt bad and tried to make up for it by giving me extra treats and food. Needless to say, I have a bit of a weight loss journey ahead of me. But that being said, I’m still young and very healthy so it shouldn’t take me long. i’m already on diet food and I love to go for walks and play at the park. I’m completely house trained and get along great with other friendly dogs. I also love to snuggle and watch TV as well. I would be a great dog for almost any active family. Also I am so well-behaved I would probably make a great therapy dog as well!
